The RS Pro CAT5e Networking cables run at speeds up to 10/100. The internal conductors are made from 26 AWG 100 percent full copper, have a PVC jacket and the outer diameter is 4.6 mm. The connectors are RJ45 and the pins are gold plated to help prevent corrosion. The wiring uses the TIA/EIA-568B wiring which is standard for most networking uses. The cables are UL certified to CM(UL) C(UL) CMH.ISO/IEC 11801
