Keithley Sourcemeter

The Keithley 2400 series 20W rated sourcemeter is 1-channel lab equipment. The output voltage rating ranges between ±200mV and ±20V and outputs current rating ranges between ±1μA and ±1A. It offers a low cost, tightly integrated sourcing and measurement, and a wide dynamic range. This makes the series a well-suited device for benchtop and system applications with low voltage requirements and with limited test hardware budgets.

Note:
All SourceMeter instruments provide a 4-quadrant operation. In the 1st and 3rd quadrants, it operates as a source, delivering power to a load. In the 2nd and 4th quadrants, it operates as a sink by dissipating power internally. The voltage, current and resistance can be measured during source or sink operation.
